Originally established in 2009 under the name Denimon LLC with the goal of localizing denim clothing production technology, Urban Business Group started with a three-person team to introduce the URBAN JEANS brand to the market. Today, the company has reached its third stage of development and has formed the Urban Business Group with five member companies.
With the expansion of Urban Business Group’s business activities and the implementation of new organizational structures and management practices, a meeting was held to review the business plans of the five member companies’ executive directors and the operational plans of the group’s regional units. At the end of the event, a ceremony was held for signing contracts and presenting flags.
During the ceremony, the group’s Board Chair D. Tungalag noted that the group began operations in a basement with seven sewing machines and one washing machine. By assembling a team of top young professionals in the industry, the group has defined its current level, discussed its achievements, and outlined its vision and goals. This marks a significant step in advancing to the next phase of business development, creating leadership in the industry, and developing new products and services that meet the needs and interests of consumers.
The management of the group includes five member companies: Urban Jeans LLC, Urban Business LLC, Urban Shop LLC, Urban Brand LLC, and Garment Outsourcing LLC. These companies will focus on denim clothing production, ready-to-wear retail, online sales, professional workwear production and sales, and the import of goods.
